1. Service Booking Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a service booking before the service provider has started the assigned work.

2. Cancellation by Customer

A booking may be cancelled by the customer in the following situations:

  • Change of plans

  • Service no longer required

  • Incorrect booking details submitted

  • Service date rescheduling requirement

HumBihari reserves the right to review cancellation requests based on the booking status.

3. Cancellation by Service Provider

In rare situations, a service provider may be unable to complete a booking due to:

  • Personal emergencies

  • Health issues

  • Unforeseen circumstances

  • Service area limitations

In such cases, HumBihari may attempt to arrange an alternative service provider whenever possible.

4. Service Rescheduling

Customers may request rescheduling of a booking subject to:

  • Service provider availability

  • Requested service date

  • Operational feasibility

Rescheduling requests should be submitted in advance whenever possible.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

  • Service could not be provided

  • Booking was cancelled before service commencement

  • Duplicate payment was made

  • Payment was deducted multiple times due to a technical issue

Each refund request will be reviewed individually.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Service has already been completed

  • Incorrect information was provided by the customer

  • Customer was unavailable at the scheduled service location

  • Delays caused by factors beyond the control of HumBihari or the service provider

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on banking and payment service providers.

8. Service Quality Concerns

If a customer is dissatisfied with a service, they should contact HumBihari as soon as possible with relevant details.

HumBihari will review the matter and may communicate with both parties to seek a fair resolution.
